What Aubrey Organics would be right for me?

I have dry ends and normal scalp, shoulder blade length, uncolored but highlighed hair that I have to blowdry everyday. My hair is fine but abundant, so I need to wash everyday to make my roots look fresh(not flat), but the ends tend to be puffy so I use a leave in spray before I blow dry. I am interested in trying the AO products because I have heard many good things about them on various hair boards, and seen the pix of the hair of those who use them! What S/C would be appropriate for my hair type. Thanks a bunch everyone!!!

A good place to start would be the Island Natural products. It's a good idea to choose a shampoo based on scalp condition and a conditioner based on ends condition. The camomile is another shampoo listed for normal hair on Aubrey's website: http://www.aubrey-organics.com You might also want to get a bottle of the GPB, which is very popular.

Another consideration is the hardness of your water. If your water is particularly hard, you might experience some difficulties with soap residue. This is where vinegar rinses come in to play. Aubrey also has a rosemary rinse that you can use.

The Island Naturals are a great combo for many hair types. It's a favorite. For conditioners, the Islands and the GPB are what I like to keep on hand. As Flaxen mentioned, if your water is hard, AO will have to be used differently. The best idea is to wet your head with distilled water, then apply shampoo. The idea is to keep the minerals from reacting with the soap. They say once your hair is wet with distilled water, and you've shampooed, you can rinse with the tap. If that doesn't work, use distilled water for washing and rinsing. Vinegar rinses also help as an acidic rinse. If you don't want to use AO's, you can use Wiseways herbals. They make great rinses! You can also make your own, which is what I do now.
