I had an appointment at the salon today. My stylist asked me how long "we" had been growing my hair. I've always remembered telling my stylist at a November 2000 appointment that I was going to grow it long. This month marks three years of growing  I did not take a picture at the very beginning  The oldest I have is from July 2001, which is the picture below.....  It was fun looking through my file of pics over the past 3 years. I'm thinking about posting my progression through the years. It's great to have an archive of pics to remind me how far I've come. Below is a picture I took today.  I highly recommend to those of you at the beginning stages of growing out to keep a record of pics. You must have had pretty long hair to start with? My husband is growing his hair out, and it is no where near as long as your first pic. He's been growing his for almost a year. It just about touches his shoulders.
