I just bought an awesome book, the title is:....

Naturally Beautiful by Dawn Gallagher. It contains "earth's secrets and recipes for skin,hair, body & spirit. I've only tried one recipe so far, natural rinse. Like AO cream rinses, the book says if you have dry hair use rinse before conditioning and after if your hair is oily. My hair looks and feels great.

Tell us more, Soleil! What types of ingredients are called for and what types of recipes are included?
