Hey Morticia, I just donated. Can I get a picture? I'd love a BSP original!

Re: How to Make the Boards Run More Smoothly...

Morticia, I read your journal all the time and would also love a BSP original! For a donation of course!

We should start a kids drawing Swap, or something, and to keep it related to hair, the have to be portrait oriented with hair in them or something - as in, hair drawn, not like, weird locks stuffed into an envelope!!

PS I don't have kids, but I'll find some somewhere or something...

ETA: I do not mean that kids remark in a dodgy way, LOL.

PPS. Money sent - to Beauty Bottle - was that right?

Did it! Here's to a new server!

PseudoScot, The Beauty Bottle is the parent company of TLHC, so you did it correctly.

This is a great idea!

Yours too Morticia! Who wouldn't love an original BSP!

Off to add to the contribution. So worth it!

Re: How to Make the Boards Run More Smoothly...

Mine will be done tomorrow when I dig my purse/credit cards out of the motorhome. Like Shermie Girl, I had looked at donating in the past but I will not use paypay so I like that it has changed now.

As I said elsewhere, how much do you think we owe collectively to Stephanie? All of us receive free psychiatric care, hair advice, nail, skin, makeup advice, relationship advice and support and even the added bonus of a free friend finder. I think if you add it all up, we owe millions.

I'll happily donate. It's been over a year so I'm due again.

This reminds me that on other boards I have seen a voluntary donation can be made when people list on a sale/swap board. When you have just gotten money in your hand thanks to the board it makes a handy time to contribute a portion.

Ooh, is there going to be a toteboard showing with hair length how close the donations are getting to the new server cost? Do we have a pixie yet or are we still at a buzzcut donation wise?

Elizabeth
