Ingredients, 100% mechanically pressed unrefined organic coconut oil.
I love it. Mild coconut fragrance. Really penetrates my oil loving (no cone) hair.
I use it on my skin, in my hair, and just love it.
I've used other coconut oils (including fractionated). This one seems to work the best. The texture is smooth and it melts quickly in my hands.
I just love it.
I buy it at the health food store, I don't know if there is a difference between their food one (in a glass jar) and their Hair and body one (in wide mouth plastic jar), but I buy the Hair and body one because of the plastic jar. I don't like the idea of broken glass on the bathroom floor.

I use this and Ojon the same way and just pick based on my whim for fragrance.
I use a couple fingernail scratchings 2 or 3 times to oil my length.
I mix a little with aloe gel for after CO to add shine and fight frizz.
I use it in my SMT with honey, a little ACV, aloe, and some conditioner.
It also works really well on my skin. I have very dry skin and it really is wonderful for chapped lips also.
