Wink Ojon Restorative Hair Treatment

I've been using Ojon Restorative Hair Treatment for several months now.

I is an oil treatment. (Almost entirely oil) Comes in a round bottomed jar with an inner seal to keep it from spilling. The smell is rich, earthy, slightly smokey, slightly caramel/vanilla.

I use it daily on my ends. I use a couple of rice grain amount 2 to 3 times applied with the flats of my hainds. Then I comb well. This seems to work better than coconut oil for this purpose. I experience less frizz, and smells yummy.

I use it as a deep treatment. I apply to all my hair the day of CO Then I comb through and make a nice smooth chic bun. I leave it on anywhere from 2-12 hours. I then CO or CWC. (I have tried their Hydrating formula S & C, but don't like them because they have cones and sufates).

I mix about 1/8 tsp. with 3/4-7/8 tsp. Aloe gel for post CO. This seems to give me great shine and really reduces frizz.

Leaves my hair soft and I love the smell. I do think it works better than red palm oil--but costs alot more too.

I think it is very comparable to Spectrum Organics Unrefined coconut oil in performance. Though the Ojon does leave that wonderful scent.
--------------------
It is very pricey. $55 is the list price for 5 oz.

It lasts a long time. I still haven't finished my first jar (I've used about 3/4 jar).

The scent is quite pronounced, but I love the smell and it mixes really nicely with a couple of my BPAL scents. Goes great with Shalimar too.

I think it could be packaged in a tube for easier usage. Especially for travel sizes. And the lid of the jar is smooth so it can be hard to open. The little comb they give you is pretty useless as a comb, but makes an OK scoop.

I like it, I'll keep buying it because it works and I love the scent.

Bottom line, get a sample and if you like the scent, you'll probably like it.
