Yet another newbie

hi everyone!

I'm new (obviously) from Australia.. looking forward to joining in and stuff..

I'm probably in the minority here in that I do bleach my hir, and intend on keeping on doing so.. my goal is hip or classic length white/platinum blonde hair with black panels

It's something to aim for anyway I've currently got about BSL, so here's to hopefully new, improved growth!
