How often do you shave your legs in spring/summer?

Just wondering how often we shave our legs in warmer months. I hate shaving, so I will go 2-3 days if I can, stretching it out by wearing long skirts or capris.

Maybe once every other week. My leg hair is close to blonde & very sparse which is insane compared to the dark, coarse hair on my head. Not sure if it's genetic or if the hairs just gave up on growing since I've been so lazy over the years about shaving. My body hair doesn't match my head hair at all, I guess I'm a calico!

I haven't shaved my legs in at least 3 months and wouldn't even bother at all, but when it's warm out & I'm wearing shorts the sun sparkles on it and I feel kinda self conscious.

Only when I eat cheese! Actually, I eat cheese much more often than I shave.

I shave if I get itchy from the longer hairs rubbing on my pants/tights, and I shave if I'm bored and think smooth legs would be entertaining (since I like the way they feel!). Otherwise, I don't shave.

But if I have that "bladeless razor" stuff around, I shave a lot more often. I find it very amusing stuff to use. And I can chant "squeegee, squeegee!" as I use it

I shave daily all year. It is much easier on my skin than skipping days. I also prefer the feel of silky smooth.

Yep, me too. Occasionally I will skip a day, but I prefer not to. And I never wear shorts, dresses or skirts.

I think it comes out to about once a week... the thing is I shave only my knees down every other time, since for some reason the hair grows a lot faster down there.

Oh, and I shave just as frequently during the winter--in fact, it's even more important during the winter, as I like to have smooth legs for stockings and long socks.

I shave about every other day. Only my armpits and my legs from an inch or two above the knee down. I never shave my thighs. The hair really doesn't grow there and what is there is so fine and blonde, it doesn't show.

I shave as often as it needs shaving I don't know , once or twice a week perhaps.

I could probably get away with only shaving once a month if that! I hardly have any leg or body hair any more, it's been gone for years and I have no idea why! I still shave my legs, more out of habit than anything else. I know it's normal for women to have less hair as they get older, but mine disappeared before I was "older." Weird!

Ah the beauty of getting old. I used to have to shave my legs daily in summer but now that I am the ripe old age of 47, it grows sparsely and slowy, so once a week in summer. However winter is another story, I wear long peasant type skirts and tights when I wear dresses mostly so I barely ever shave. My legs look like Christmas trees in the winter, poor hubby doesn't say much but I know he prefers looking at smooth legs. On the other hand he hates being prickled by the in between scratchy short hair and then he complains.

I had to wear a business suit recently (jacket and skirt) and I had to wear nylons instead of my usual tights and I cut myself shaving in three places. I hate shaving.

Like Shella- the hairs on my legs have always been fine and very light in color (unlike the hair on my head ). I can get away without shaving for a l-o-n-g time. And usually do.

Ha you guys are so lucky. I always had one or two girlfriends who had that fuzzy blonde peachy stuff and never had to shave and I just hated their darn fine leg hair. When I was younger it was so thick and black and stubbly, it was such a chore shaving it all the time. Even once a week now I just detest.

Hmm, now that I think about it you guys also both have that long thick gorgeous hair too, maybe it just travels up on you.

I shave once every few days to twice a week. I do this all year around, not just druing summer.

I shave once a week, usually on Sunday's. I hate shaving all the time because of the irritation, dryness, and that it is time consuming. I just want to get in and out of the shower. I like my legs to be smooth but it doesn't drive me crazy that they have to be all the time. I wear shorts, skirts, etc. and I live in Miami so it's mostly hot all the time and that's what people wear most of the time. I also have dark hairs that grow on my legs too because I have dark brown hair. I always used to shave my thighs but I recently stopped doing it because it wasn't a necessity, plus my boyfriend doesn't care about hair a whole lot. I shave my armpits and forearms every 2 or 3 days and my private regions once a week usually onthe same day that I shave my legs. I don't know if I seem disgusting or something. I just don't like doing it and plus they don't look that bad.

I'm not hairy at all, but I shave 2 times a week in the summer. I love the silky feeling of just-shaved skin.
