...

but Beatnik Guy's post in the What are you listening to? thread about that line in Blondie's Atomic "Ooh your hair is beautiful" gave me the idea:

I'll start with Don Henley (or Bruce Hornsby) "The End of the Innocence", one of my all time favourite songs

In a similar vein to "Unpretty" here's the Sugababes "Ugly":
