The kind of hair where you see yourself in shadow and it's like WHOA!!! I hope to one day have hair bigger than my body, which will probably make me a lollipop head, but I don't care. I'd love to see pictures!! | | | February 15th, 2006, 01:53 AM | #2 | | Long Hair Guru Join Date: Jul 2005 Location: Hamburg Age: 41 Posts: 1,693 Type: 2a/F/M/ii | I love big hair, too. My hair isnīt all that thin, but unfortunately Iīve got very broad shoulders, so in comparison my hair looks like thereīs not a lot of it. Too bad! | | | February 15th, 2006, 03:44 AM | #3 | | Long Hair Devotee Join Date: Feb 2006 Location: Cleveland Age: 46 Posts: 162 Type: 2c/M/iii | Re: BIG & Long!! | | I can get mine big ....it was great in the 80's! Now I try to keep it a bit more subdued.....Otherwise I'd have kids following me around singing that "1985" song to me.... __________________ KAT ~~This is my simple religion. Right before my 5 inch cut. It's always big unless I bun. | | | February 15th, 2006, 05:52 AM | #5 | | Long Hair Guru Join Date: Aug 2004 Age: 30 Posts: 2,023 Type: 2c/M/C/iii | It's not that much of a WHOA! but I might have relatively big and long hair. I also love seeing big hair , here's my contribution although not at it's biggest but still big enough to cover my body, it's a warm feeling ETA: I've got broad shoulders too, used to be a professional athlete. But unfortunately my stupid hair makes a ball and making illusions showing my head bigger and my body smaller and my face lost in there Last edited by zift : February 15th, 2006 at 02:26 PM. | | | February 15th, 2006, 08:35 AM | #6 | | Moderator Join Date: Oct 2004 Location: Almost Heaven, West Virginia Age: 40 Posts: 6,781 Length: 30/37.5/??? Kris- just want to say your hair looks awesome, and that trim looked way less than 5 inches! __________________ 2a/M/ii- currently maintaining at hips, next stop tailbone. It forms a large triagle, with the point being my head and base just below classic length:when I wear it down, it's wider than I am all the way down. --Marina Edited 2:23: Reason: fixing typos. It's funny how when I was addicted to using styling tools, I would do everything to straighten it. Since I have fine hair, it looks so much less full straight. Since i've joined LHC, i've learned to love my natural curls. | | | February 15th, 2006, 09:36 AM | #10 | | Long Hair Devotee Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: From Barcelona, now living in Leuven, Belgium Age: 35 Posts: 487 Length: 0.1/23,5/30 ? Type: 3a/3b/C/ii | My hair used to be huge, wider than my shoulders (ok that is no biggie...), I had much, thick, and curly. Longer I had it (stretched) was waist lenght, it had a lot of fairytale ends (honestly: broken from damage) but it was still huge, all the way up. Monster shadow certainly Now I have less hair (never recovered the fullness after an anaemia) perhaps not as thick (still coarse though) and the henna and moisture have loosened the curls. I always wanted to have flatter hair, but now I miss the hugeness I could easily achieve the volume with a diffusor I guess, but I don't have a blowdrier (and I am resisting the temptation very well) __________________ Pic July 2006. I do love the look of big hair. It feels better too. The big hair pic was 28.5 inches. After the trim I was 23.5 inches. I had a deep V that was dry and damaged. | | | February 15th, 2006, 11:58 AM | #15 | | Long Hair Guru Join Date: Aug 2004 Age: 30 Posts: 2,023 Type: 2c/M/C/iii | Quote: | Originally Posted by shella13 My hair is definitely big!
