my simple omelette recipe <ssshhhh....secret>
one egg, one tbsp milk/water/cooking oil (or all three), finely chopped onions, green onions, tomatoes 1 tbsp, little parsley, pepper or green chillies, a little salt. beat egg well and add the remaining stuff. mix well with a fork. make omelettes.
the one tbsp oil/milk/water - is the secret ingredient to softness. a tip from a chef i know. when you add all three, you might have difficulty to flip it over. its that soft

what if you workout on the same gym? or cook bulk on the wknd together, and freeze for later use...
