I noticed that my hair has grown 5 inches in the last 2 months. That is after going 6 months without significant growth Pre LHC. So what I am trying to say is Thank You LHC, you rock! : Here are my new Hair stats: I shaved my head down to 1 inch October 2003. I was at 25 inches 2 months ago. I am at 29 Inches now My Goal is 50 inches or Waist Length whichever I get to first. I am so happy about this growth!!!!!! Thank you all for your support! I love you all! You rock! My Hubby is going to faint with joy when he sees this!!!!! Last edited by runrigfan2251 : January 17th, 2006 at 06:22 PM. First off I take a Multivitamin as well as a Calciun Supplement and Vitamin B12 I also take Glucosamine-Chondroiton for my bad ankles and wrists. Here is my daily hair routine: I CO- Conditioner Only Wash, here is an article on ho to do it: http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/...rticle&artid=4 Then using a wide toothed comb and Therma Silk Detangler and Leave in conditioner. I try not to blow-dry however if I have to blow dry, I ALWAYS use a Heat Protectant such as VO5 Miracle or Tressame (sp?) Heat Tamer. I have given up the use of Hairbrushes except on my fringe and only use a wide toothed comb or a hair pick. I Do hope this Helps! ~Casey~ | | | January 18th, 2006, 08:27 AM | #13 | | Long Hair Devotee Join Date: Jul 2005 Location: Canada Age: 33 Posts: 726 Length: 15/24/waist Type: 1b/F/ii | | Re: New Growth-I am so Happy! | | Woweee- that's amazing.
