Hair refresher spray

I came across a recipie not too long ago for an herbal hair refresher spray. The spray was meant to be applied to hair to dampen it, then brushed through. When it dried, it was supposed to relieve oilyness, tight dry scalp, and add moisture. Has anyone heard of these sorts of sprays? Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I believe AO or Jason has a product that is supposed to work the same way. Does anyone have any recipies for this kind of product?

Re: Hair refresher spray

I'm not sure of the product/recipe you are talking about, but I use a couple of things to dampen my hair and refresh it.

My cheapest option is to mix distilled water with some of my leave in conditioner. I spritz it on my hair to get the kinks out of it.

I have also bought some rose water and some lavender water from whole foods. I LOVE how they smell. I tend to just use those when I want to smooth back my halo and not all of my hair.

Hope that helps.

Ditto. I also spray som aloe vera juice to soften the hair, works really well both on wet and dry hair.
