I voted for potato gun, because I think that would yeild the most interesting pictures. But if it were me, I'd be itching for the hammer. I voted sledgehammer. I have the same kind of vengence for my electric can opener.There has already been one unfortunate death but my DH thought we needed another one and it is just as possesed as the old one. He thinks it is hilarious, the swearing and pounding I inflict on the malfunctioning thing, (oh HE can get it to work perfectly  ). I forsee another death in the near future.
