Is there anyone in the board who usee Ho Shou wu for hair. I heard it has magical properties. __________________

If you mean the herb (it's also known as Fo-Ti) I do but I've only been taking it for about a month. I haven't noticed any change, then again I always wear my hair in a bun and any new growth sort of sneaks up and suprises me.

I just started taking it a month ago too. I am taking the Shen Min Purification blend. I haven't noticed anything mind-blowing yet - but a month is not a very long test. May's growth was precisely 1/2", which is my norm. I also take Shen Min and have been since May 1st. I do notice that I am losing less hair then I was and its growing again. The growth could also be due to the other vitamins I have been taking. It says that you have to take it a few months to notice a change though so I thought I would give it some time before I decide if its a keeper or not. Catia- Where do you buy your Shen Min. I have been paying way too much at Mrs. Green's Market but I found it at www.vitacost.com for much less.
