Quattro Starlites forks

I requested a 5" long fork with a 1" gap between the prongs and it's just as perfect as I thought it would be! He also threw in a smaller one for additional support but I like the bigger one by itself.

It's lightweight and amazingly secure. It's easier to work through a tight 'do than a wooden fork and it's more secure (IMO) than separate steel sticks. It's just flexible enough to work through the elusive middle bun chunk so it doesn't form a cone and stick out later. I love it!

Action shots on the photo board.

Re: Quattro Starlites forks

They are wonderful.
I've got mine yesterday, a set of 3" and a set of 4". I usee the 3" pins yesterday when I took my shower and then I took a nap on the couch with the bun. When I woke up the bun was still nice and I had no headache from the pins.
I love his products, today I am wearing Starlites Serpentines 5", they are so light and hold the bun up very good. I also got a pair of walnut sticks with copper serpentines, they are really beauties

I have the silver colored pins and sticks, do you think the darker, vintage ones look better in black/darkred hair? Should I get some vintage pins, are they not visible in my hair then?

Re: Quattro Starlites forks

I received a set of these just the other day, the 3" size, and they're so great!!!
I also got a 3" set of the Serpentine hairsticks.

I'm just a bit amazed at how well these hold. Even a fairly sloppy updo didn't budge.

Re: Quattro Starlites forks

I got the 4 inch set. They work wonderfully on me.

Trollkjerring - I think the silvery color looks pretty against dark hair. For me, they match my stainless steel earrings. I'll have to take a pic sometime to show.
