If you could make out a shopping list of your favorite products to take to your local ethnic beauty supply store, what would be on it? What benefits do these products provide?
Just curious, because we have a HUGE, excellent one nearby, and I'm doing some pondering...

Cholesterol, because my hair is so dry and damaged. And I'm pondering olive oil in a spray because I use normal OO on my hair.

You cannot buy these products at a local store but Carol's Daughter makes great stuff...supposed to be designed specifically for African American but I am Caucasion and I absolutely love three of her products...use them regularly (Mimosa Hair Honey, Kizzi and Hair Balm). I feel they are really reasonably priced too.... www.carolsdaughter.com I also love Komenuka Bijin shampoo...from Japan... I buy that from www.komenuka-bijin.com Both Carol's Daughter and Komenuka are natural products.... My new favorite product is a Filipino conditioner called Cream Silk. Awesome stuff!
