I have a sweet 15 year old girl in the youth group I help with who told me tonight, "You have the best 'older person' hair ever." She said "older person" in a timid way, fearing the emphasis on age might offend me... but all I heard was the "great hair" part of it. Congrats, and this is a big deal coming from such a young person. Even as one who is firmly out of the "cool zone" in Teenagerland, I can still remember being in high school clearly and the universal distain for anyone over 25. Your hair is great, and the fact that a teen actually said so IS a big deal, so wallow in it!  Of course, you know what this REALLY means, don't you? You've become A ROLE MODEL. I have always taken compliments from teens with high regard, as they do not seem to dish them out so easily.
