favor to ask when posting on hair journal board...r/o

Hello all,

I didn't want to clutter up the Hair Journal Board with a non-journal post, so I'm posting this here. I was wondering if it would be possible for people to write in their hair type when naming their journals, something like: "Curly Girl's 3a hair journey." I'm just thinking ahead to when there's 200 journals on that board, that it would be really helpful to know from the subject line who's journals might be most helpful to read, instead of having to read through every single journal. Ok, that's my story. Now I'm off to catch up on the posts I missed while studying for midterms this week!

A good idea...but the reason I call my journal NOC (no conditioner) is because that is what it is about. When my NOC project is over I will probably rename it...but for now it has nothing to do with my hairtype or my routine as a curly. If I wrote hairtype etc I would feel obligated to include all kind of other information in my journal...and for now im concentrating on NOC.

I see the journals as mostly something you write for your own sake, to keep records,store info, to look back at etc. Other people are welcomed to look 'over your shoulder' but foremost it is...a journal.
