Re: 1st conditioner CWC

Lately I just have started using my usual conditioner (garnier fructis), but occasionally when I have something else I was trying or that was leftover, I'd use that for the first one.

I've gotten a little lazy lately and sometimes skip that step (especially since I'll run out of conditioner more often if I use it all the time), but I definitely use CWC when I'm using an ACV rinse (which runs about every two weeks or whenever I feel like I need to clarify).

Re: 1st conditioner CWC

Here are some conditioners that I use to CO wash with:

Suave Citrus & Ginsing-my favorite because it has citrus extracts that really cleanse well.

Suave Coconut

V05 Pina Colada-Coconut

V05 Kiwi-Lime Squeeze-another good one with citrus extracts. Some people find it to be too drying, I dont have problems with it.

These are just a few I use. I am always experimenting with new ones. These conditioners work for me but they might not necessarily work for you so the key is to experiment with some until you find one that works for you. The cheaper ones are usually the best for COing.

Re: 1st conditioner CWC

I have *so* many conditioners that I want to use up because I don't like wasting, but am not *in love* with, that I usually use one of those for the first C in CWC...then I use the conditioners that I like better for the second C in CWC.

I'm using up: Got2 Be Instantly Satisfied conditioner, Nature's Gate Chamomile conditioner, J F Lazartique cond., TiGi Self Absorbed cond, etc....

Re: 1st conditioner CWC

I use almost any conditioner for the first C.

Most often Suave Naturals or Nature's Gate, but I've also used Aubrey Organics conditioners or anything else I can get my hands on to protect the ends and length before shampooing the scalp.

Re: 1st conditioner CWC

I use a very light one from "Tesco" (A supermarket here) I use the cheapest one which is about 99p for litre of it. I used to use more expensive ones, but I find this works better for CO

I use whatever I have on hand. I use it for the first C and the last C.

Re: 1st conditioner CWC

I use the very cheapest one I can find...Suave Naturals. I really put a lot of it on from the ears down and then do just a scalp wash, holding the ends of my hair up so as not to get them soapy. Then I use a 'poo and finish with a good quality conditioner.

Re: 1st conditioner CWC

I CWC every time. I like to start off with Aussie Knot Forgotten, then I shampoo, use Aussie again (if needed), condition, and end with Aussie (if needed). My hair tangles so easily in the shower in case you can't tell.

Hmm... I guess I CWCCC. LOL.
