scissors

are any scissors good as long as you use them just on hair i saw some made for hair the other day at walmart (where i finally found a BBB! yey!) anyways... do most of you use the special hair ones or just regular ones reserved for your hair....
Thanks!

Re: scissors

Since I trim all three of my men (DH and 2 DSs), I put my foot down and said we had to get a new pair of scissors. We went to Target and got 2 different kinds. We got a pair of Acme Titanium 5 inch and a pair of Fiskar (I think that is them). I am trying them both out for a little, while but I think I prefer the Acme, the handle is a lot more comfortable. As I am extremely thrifty, these were both under $10 each (more like $7). Which ever I pick will only be used on hair, the others will be for light craft and we have an older pair for heavier stuff.

Does that help?

ETA: Fiskars also has hair cutting scissors (listed on that site) But I never found any at Wal-mart or Target.

Re: scissors

well, wondering what the red X's are...haha but anyway I use hair scissors from Sally's beauty supply, my mom bought them many many years ago when she used to cut our bangs. They have never been used for anything but hair.
