tried to ship you the hair toys, but the box was returned...something about a commercial invoice. I will take it to the PO myself on Friday.

Apparently UPS requires....
a commercial invoice when shipping overseas. I have no idea what that is. I will go to the PO tomorrow and let them fill out all the necessary paperwork.
