Hi! I've been reading the boards and have posted replies several times, but haven't really introduced myself. I've been posting at the Long Hair Loom for a few weeks and have been reading here a bit.

I've been growing my hair since April of 2001 and am now at 34 inches, just above tailbone (I think?) I'm aiming for Classic and having a darned good time doing it, though my pocketbook is taking quite a hit with my hair obsession.

There are so many beautiful heads of hair here and it's such an inspiration. I've learned loads since I've started the journey and am so thankful to sites like this for helping increase my understanding of the mysteries of that which is HAIR. I am now within site of my goal and expect it to get harder at this point and will be in need of more support. (I'm starting to experience thinning ends which are the bane of my existence) I'm also trying to grow out the years of damage done by color processing and then the huge mistake of "color correction" Or as it is better known by people who aren't hair stylists, Bleach.

ANYWAY, just wanted to thank you all for being so welcoming and helpful. It's great that there is a place for us all to share our experiences. :D :D

Photo Bucket (http://www.photobucket.com) is free, and you can resize your pics. Some people preferPhotoisland (http://www.photoisland.com), but you can't resize your pics there.

Nevermind, think I've figured it out....hopefully I can fix it soon. :D So glad to know it wasn't working.
