Last night I got home from a really stressful day at work to find my Sophie & Lucy Hairstiks had arrived. They were wrapped so pretty that I
*almost* didn't want to open them. The stiks are beautiful, perfect even. I had to, of course, wear one set today;) My boss noticed them right away and said what are those beautiful beads you have in your hair. My boss is the President of the company I work for, she has very expensive taste(she owns almost everything Prada) so when she thinks something is beautiful you know it's quality. I'm going to play with my new camera this week-end and try to get pictures up.

Also, I need to ask some advice. My hair is 36" long, the ends are still even from my trim 3 months ago but the ends feel dry. I know it's left over from when I use to highlight, I have about 4" left of the highlights. I've been trimming every three months between a 1/2"-1" but I'd like to reach 38" by summer so......Even though my hair is dry, the ends are still thick and healthy do you think I could steer clear of trimming for another 3 months? Or do you the dryness added with no trimming would lead to splits and damage?

I would simply take extra good care of those ends, mist and oil them daily to be sure they have enough moisture, and watch the ends carefully for splits. Personally I have 2 feet of damage left from when I used to process. I'm getting trims every 6 months and splits never get bad with careful management.

Congrats on being so close to your goal length. I have 2 more inches to go myself. :P Can't wait till I get there, then I can start working on a new goal length. ;)

I can't help you with the dry ends. Mine are bad too from being highlighted. I am interested in the answers you get.

I :heartbeat: Sophie and Lucy sticks! They are wonderful. I have two pair so far, but I keep looking at the site wanting more.

About a month ago, I got 3 inches cut
off the ends of my hair!!!! Although at first
sad, I looked back and saw nothing but
thin wispies and was comlpetely ok!
My hair is so much healtier and
swingier! :) My hair didn't improve
with all the additional oiling and
deep conditioning...so I was going
no where...off with them, I say!

You know, I have to 100% agree with
S & L Hairstiks! I have had NOTHING but
extrodinary comments on my hairsticks
from her!!!!!

She's even making a custom set for me......
she spent the time to search for the perfect
beads for me!!!!!! WOW! :)

I'm so pleased!
