'Extra virgin olive oil' is extracted under pressure only. Most oils are extracted using solvents; unless they are 'expeller pressed' or otherwise noted. I'm a little rusty on all this as I only use extra virgin olive oil. I don't know anything about coconut oil extraction either, so this is all guesswork.
I would imagine the coconuts could be grown 'organically' qualifying them for that label, then have the oil extracted with solvents.
I'm not sure how much solvent residue would be in the oil. I know coffee (even water process) is decaffeinated with methylene chloride. The companies will swear up and down there are no residues left, but there are!
Maybe a hunt around with a google search could give you some good general information on the specific differences in the processes involved with making coconut oils.

What I wrote above was kind of convoluted. What I meant to say was that virgin olive oil is mechanically extracted; extra virgin being the first pressing. I would imagine 'virgin' and 'extra virgin' coconut oils would be the same. 'Cold pressed' oils are mechanically extracted. If the label doesn't say how it was extracted, then usually it's solvent extracted. If there are solvent residues, they would be minute. The solvent extracted oil might be a little more drying than mechanically extracted, but that would probably be the only difference you would be aware of.

all i can say is I LOVE thi stuff!!
i put some on my hair before i washed it and let it sit. after i washed my hair and dried it (yes, with a blow dryer. its cold outside) i put a little in my hands and ran it over my hair. my hair is tangle free, smooth, soft and shiny.
i also used some on my face at night. so far so good.
