I have a small collection of knitting patterns available. I am in the UK, and they came into the charity shop where I work, but we don't sell them. They would be wasted or recycled otherwise.

Most are for babies and children, but some are for adults. Mostly ladies.

Available to good homes for a donation to Oxfam.
