Whoever posted a recommendation on this product a couple of weeks ago, THANK YOU! I never would have been aware of it otherwise.
After my horrible experience with Mega Moisture last week, my whirl with Kenra was a completely polar experience.
It left my hair simply fabulous! Shiny, tame, swinging around, moisturized and happy. I love this product!
So, I don't believe my experience with the Mega had anything to do with overconditioning. It just disagreed with my hair. As someone else suggested, fine hair can be very fickle.
I gave my Mega Moisture to my preggy friend whose coarse, thick hair was dying for a drink, and she loves it.
So all's well that ends well, and the ends are all well!
Thanks, Kenra fan! :D

I'm so glad the Mega disaster is over! I have no experience with the Kenra but it sounds heavenly.

And I must say it's good to see that photo over there in the avatar spot! I missed seeing everyones pics :)

Ah, Karen!! Thanks again. I'm sure this will be a new standby for me.
ArcticPixie, this is the first time I've seen your pic. Your hair is gorgeous! What is that updo??

Thanks Axium :) it's two dutch braids with the ends tucked in, and the resulting 'bumps' seamed together with a hairpin. Its sole purpose in life was to keep my hair out of the way for the day, but I ended up really liking it!

OH yes! thank you thank you, Karen. I am so glad you posted about the Kenra. I got some this week and love it. I like the Mega Moisture too but I know so well that some things just don't agree with my hair too. It's so nice you were able to give it to a friend who could use it. The Kenra was wonderful on my hair. It left it so nice and soft and shiney. This time I just left it on about 5 minutes while I did bath chores but next time I'd like to try leaving it on a lot longer or sit under my bonnet dryer with it on my hair. Hmmmmm.......I have the day off tomorrow! I think it would be a good day for a nice deep condtioning treatment with some heat. :D

That's cool it worked for you. I didn't realize you had fine hair, and I'm glad it didn't weigh your hair down since the IET is pretty potent. I use this regularly (sometimes as a regular conditioner when my hair is just being really mean to me)...I'm just thinking how nice this stuff can work for different hair textures :)

...nice about this product is the ingredient list. Altho they don't use it really, in their marketing, what an impressively natural ingredient list! I just love this stuff!

I really want to try this stuff after hearing all the raves about it :) I've been using Kenra's regular "moisturizing" conditioner off and on for about a decade now and it's great stuff. I can only imagine how great the intensive version is 8)

BTW, I love that braid as well ArcticPixie!
