Does anyone have any advice regarding hair vitamins? I'm thinking of trying some. I saw a few reviews of the Hair Formula 37 vitamins and they were all very positive. Does anyone use these vitamins?
I'm feeling vitamin overwhelmed and unsure about which would be best for me.

I'm not experienced in hair vitamins, but I think everyone should take a good multivitamin. It lays the foundation for good health and does the entire body good.
I'm sure the others will lend you advice on what's good for the hair. I'm interested in reading their opinions too.

I am a definite believer in vitamins! Seems that when I take them, I have decent growth, and when I don't, it's hit or miss.
This past month or two I've been out of some of my vitamins - Biotin, MSM, Multi, just started taking Flaxseed Oil and Evening Primrose Oil again, and I had NO growth for the month of February, AND I'm shedding like crazy.
Granted, I've been under a lot of stress lately, and that definitely could have something to do with it, but up until recently I'd been taking vitamins faithfully for the past year with decent growth results...

Hi :)
If you decide to take the HF37, please give a review of your own. I would love to know if it works as the makers say it does. I don't think anyone we know has taken it long enough to find out if it works. I think you have to take anything 3 months or a little longer to find out. If it's for hair and nails I believe it takes that long to know if it's working.

Well I decided to give the HF37 vitamins a try so they have been ordered. I will certainly let you all know how it goes.
Here's hoping it helps some *crossing of fingers*

It will be interesting to see how they work out in the long run. I've often looked at the ads full of curiosity, just to turn around and get more CL Maxi :)
So your our designated vitamin guinea pig :) Hopefully they'll turn out an awesome hair secret!!

I used HF37 for two months last summer. Keep in mind that at that time I wasn't measuring my growth. However, I felt that it truly did give me a "jump start" on my growth. I'm contemplating doing it again for another two months to see if I have the same results.
That said, go to the following URL:

I've been using this regimen since October 1 of last year and I've gone from 21.75" to 24.5" in that time. It's a tad costly to get set up but no more really that what the HF37 costs (in my opinion). Some of the stuff I was able to buy at Costco (a wholesale warehouse that I go to). It's my opinion that if you're going to do something good for yourself, do it for your entire body and not just your hair alone. I just feel better with this regimen.
Just my $.02 worth. Let us know what you decide!
