This sounds like it has the makings of a snood/headband order, so go for it, gals. May as well shoot the wad, as long as we're doing it! Some of you have said "3 for $12" on the snoods, but I think we may be able to do the 10 for $30, which is a dollar LESS per-snood. I'll do it the "most frugal" way we can, without screwing-over the ones who had a "$19.95 special", if that makes sense. This is always like a puzzle, and that's half the fun of the group order!!! Those who have other things coming (like heatcaps, BallBeauty, Divas or whatever) we can combine the shipping with those things, too.

Fun, fun fun! I think this will be my last grope order before Christmas, though. I need to keep December free....... After the New Year, though, we're gonna have to do another Ball Beauty order 'cuz Pix loves her Denman Wooden-handled brush so much she needs a standby model for her drawer...... If someone wants me to hold a snood/headband for THAT order, we can do that, too.

OK, time for another Thorazine Big Gulp or I'll wake up and realize the trouble Axium has caused me. (Tresses, I am glad to know that you are a woman with a "head of prodigious dimensions" like me!!!!!!)

Well, ecru is like......:ponder: think unbleached or natural muslin. It's an off-white that isn't ivory, cream, or beige. How's that? :tongue:

Wanita, I would guess that Coffee Bean is darker than brown. More like a black-brown? That's what I'm hoping for, anyway! ;-)

Okay, I slept on it, have read all your posts a couple of times and tried to imagine I was leaving the house and grabbing for a quick snood, and here are my color choices. Drumroll, plez...

i keep going look at the website and i want color! is the emerald green a dark green? i want a green that isn't to dark but isn't in your face either. does that make sense?
what about the purple? is it a nice pretty purple or a nasty ewww waht color is that purple?
i wish there were pictures of all the colors. or is there and i haven't noticed.

Hi Nuts! I agree, they need a swatch table or something. But for what it's worth, I would expect that emerald would be more in-your-face, and you might be happier with forest green - that's generally a dark earth tone.

I have emailed her (once by proper email, last week, and today through her site) and haven't heard anything back yet. I emailed her last week and she was in-between ren-faires, so I am sure she was as busy as could be. On her site today, it said that she generally answers within 48 hours, so we should know something soon. PLUS, her schedule looks pretty open for a few months, so that'll help her catch up on this stuff. From my recollection, when I bought snoods from her before, she was very conscientious and prompt, so I have every confidence that she'll be answering shortly.

I'm standing by, too. I haven't heard a word and have been, frankly, too darn busy to even REMEMBER the snoods. I've got the heatcaps boxed and ready, and having a hellish time with a Diva Group Order (this one has my blood boiling) and the snoods just got set on a back-burner. I'll re-visit her site and ask again about the greens, browns and the purple. Those are the questions I remember being asked here...
