Sarah November 1st, 2003, 07:02 PM After four and a half years of growing, and almost three years posting at long hair boards, I've reached my final goal! I've hit 45 inches, classic length on me. It feels weird to think that after all this time, I'm done growing my hair out. Not that I never will in the future, but for now I'm done.
But now I'm going to trim 3 or 4 inches. I'd been wanting to do it for a long time, but I wanted to wait till I'd reached my goal, since I was getting close.
I never would have made it without these boards! :) And if I'd never looked at any long hair sites, I probably would have stopped somewhere around BS length.

Hollie, I love your pic! Have you seen the other ones that came out with it? There were two cat pictures in there that were precious although I like yours the best because I'm a Pooh hound...

Are you planning to trim those 3-4" at once or do small trims to stay at your goal length?

Congratulations on reaching your goal. You should take a "before" and "after" pic when you get your trim.
I think that growing your hair back out will be easier to achieve, since you already know that you can reach that goal.

Now you should sit down and really write all about what the experience has been for you, what it's meant. Get it all down, before the trim, and of course take tons of pics.
