Can someone who takes Green Source post the ingredients? I tried looking it up on their website but the adobe acrobat generated label was hard to read. Thanks so much!

Thank you so much, Fox! I really appreciate you taking the time to type out the ingredients. :)

The Green Source vitamins look like a good high potency multivitamin. I may give them a try.

Has the Green Source contributed to your hair growth?

Thanks again for the information!

It's hard to say if it has contributed to my hair growth or not, but overall, I'd say it's the best multi-vitamin and mineral supplement I've ever taken. I take extra Biotin with it.

My hair growth has been consistent until this last measuring, down to only a quarter inch growth, but... before I was getting 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch. I think that is pretty good for my current length. They say growth can slow down when your hair starts getting longer.

I can't say that this is a hair growth booster, but it's a health booster for sure. I really love these vitamins. As I've said to others, if I could only take one supplement and drop the rest, I'd take this one.
