I got this recipie from one of the "health" enewsletters. I am really surprised and pleased

I take egg shells and wash them off well.
Put them in a container and cover with lemon juice.
Shake it up a few times every day and keep in the fridge.
The next day you can take out the eggshells. After the bubbling has stopped. Then mix up and I am taking a TBL every day.

That sounds interesting. Did the article state how about much calcium there is per tablespoon?

No, you can't tell how much there is.
I just do a muscle test to see how much to take a day.I
It's probably a little different for every person based on your needs
and diet etc
