I take this also and highly recommend it. You asked about the label...

(This is also vegetarian, incase that interests anyone) ;)

3 capsules contain:

Vit A (1005 as beta carotene) 15,000 IU 300%
Vit C 1000mg
Vit D 400 IU
Vit E 250 IU
Thiamin (vit B1) 25mg
B2 25mg

augh, getting tired of typing...

you also asked about the calcium

250mg of calcium.

It's got minerals and herbs and whole food concentrates too.

Let me know if you want the rest of the label and I'll force myself to type it all or try to get the info off the website... I am sure I've got acrobat reader at work. ----at home right now.

Thanks you all for that information. Shewww.. after typing all that up you will need a good vitamin lol
That was really nice of you to do that.
I think I will try it. I was a little worried about staying on the Ginseng for long periods of time and I have never taken Bee Pollen.
I do take the Royal Jelly though. I wouldn't be without that.
I hope I can take it.. some of the stronger vitamins even when I take them with a meal make me alittle sick.
This sounds great.
I think Fox said she would send me a few if I wanted to try them.

I have heard nothing but good things about them so far.

Thanks again.. I'll let you know in a few months what I think :-)

Take care

Oh, you're welcome, Skeeter. ^_^ I was curious, and since I was going to be perusing the label anyway... I figured I might as well transcribe it.

I'm a little scared of those vitamins now, though.

The Royal Jelly is really a good suppliment to take. It is great for energy and has so many nutrients in it you can't find anywhere else. I only use the Bee Alive brand.. I think it is far the best of any.
I order mine from QVC:
You can read more about it here:

http://www.beealive.com/index.cfm?fuseAction=frameset&xCache=%7Bts%20%272003%2D03%2D03%2020%3A54%3A11%27 %7D&width=15

As for the vitamins.. it sounds like a very good vitamin to me. Fox told me according to the guide she has.. you can take this amount of Ginseng. I live in the mountains of East Ky. and I know people who swear by it and take it on a regular basis. The reason I brought it up was my herbal guide says to stay on it for a few weeks then go off it for a few.

You should always be careful when taking any bee products.. especially if you are allergy prone. I have read that a lot of people take it to help with thier allergies..in the same way an allergy shot would..it sort of desensitizes you to the pollen, but there are those who are allergic to pollen who can't take it because it causes them problems.
If it doesn't bother you and you have been taking it.. then you don't have a problem with it. My sister is very allergic to most flowers so she can't take the bee pollen.

There are a few herbs that I can't take..like Dong Quai, Evening primrose.

I am going to try the green source for a while ..I have talked to several people who have been taking it for a long time.

I wouldn't be without my Royal Jelly.. you should check it out.

Take care

Does anyone not take the full dose?
I think 1 tablet would be enough for me.

Betty-

Hey! I only take 2 capsules a day instead of 3 (well... unless I haven't eaten ANY veggies- and I try not to let that happen...)

I believe it was Jade that only took 2 as well.

The capsules are mostly.. spirulina, I think, if I remember correctly. I take green barley grass as well from www.greengreengrass.com I really like that stuff! I tried Puritans barley grass (much cheaper), uuuugh! It was like eating crushed rabbit food. Bleh. Oh, but the horses LOVE it! 8)

Hey, what's wrong with Rabbit products? We use Horse products on our hair why not Rabbit products in our bodies :D

I would think 1 or 2 tablets would be fine for me. I also take 2 sometimes 1 CL hair vit and 1 Natrol Prenatal. I wouldn't want to over do it.

Anyhow, I have always been pleased with the products Jade has suggested. I have been using Earthrise Chlorella and been very pleased. The reg does is 15 tablets but I think Jade only took 2 or something close to that.
If your interested I order mine from webvitamins.com

Thanks for your reply :)

LOL!!

By rabbit pellets I meant the texture was like that of rabbit alfalfa pellets- it was all grainy and rough textured and made me wanna gag. So on a whim I mixed some in some applesauce and brought it outside to the horses. They were crazy over it.

I've always enjoyed all the products Jade has mentioned too.

Hey, I am trying out some of the Maxi hair CL vitamins that you suggested. They were on sale at Whole Foods so I thought I'd get them.

I'll have to check out webvitamins.com too. Thanks for the tip.

I just love the CL vits :)

Lately I have just been taking 1 with 1 Natrol Prenatal and still notice a differnence in my skin, nails, and hair. I will sometimes do that if I am ready to run out and cant place an order yet. Hey, I still get pretty good results too ;)
I have used it for 1 year and had less than 1/2 only once (this past Jan when I ran out of almost all my vits).

I have had really excellent service from webvitamins. They are inexpensive and the bottles are packed very nicely so there is no damage. You dont have to use a CC either. What I did the last time was use the shopping cart, made an order, totaled it up, printed it out, then canceled my order, but sent the printed order to them with a MO.
I have used a CC too and they have very quick service.

I have ordered off them many time with no problems :)
I am a happy customer.

I take the Green Source vitamins. I try to take the 3 a day that they recomend but most days I only take 2 because I just plain forget.
They are unlike any other vitamin I have ever taken. They don't give me that sick vitamin feeling that I get with a lot of others and you don't get that medicine taste.
I like them a lot. I do add other suppliments to my routine though like:
MSM, EPO, Flax, and Black Cotash.
I also take spurlena but not as often as I should because the bottle says to take between meals and I always forget.
