went out for fast food the other night and whenever we eat it we have lots of flem afterwards. What is it? the high fat content? or an allergy? I've heard that flem in the throat is caused by a food allergy.

Wondering if anyone else had noticed this too. I'm sure it's the fat!

Why are all the bad things soooo good!?

If you are prone to produce phlegm, then milk and milk containing products make it much much worse. Are you eating a lot of creamy sauces or cheeses?? Sounds like lactose intolerance or some other sort of allergy, maybe wheat???

I don't know about fast food, but I always get phlegm when I drink orange juice. Why? :)
