and really like it. It's for hair skin and nails
but would take it anyway for whats in it.

I have also heard a lot of good things
about Puritan Prides' Green Source.

I am going to try the Green Source I think.. It sounds good.

I wonder about staying on the Ginseng, and some of the herbs longterm. I have read that you shouldn't stay on Ginseng more than 3 weeks at a time then go off of it.
Of course.. living in the mountains of Eastern Ky. I know a lot of people who go sangin' lol
and they have taken it for years.. they seem to be doing better than I am lol so I think I will give it a try.
