I just started following the tips & instructions on here about 2 months ago. Up til now I haven't been sure if I want to grow my hair, cut it, or what I wanted to do. Right now it's longer than it's ever been & I've decided to grow my hair. I never really thought I could have long hair since it's so fine & tangles so easily. After washing it would take me an hour easily to get all the knots out. Now with CO & ACV it takes me 5-10 minutes. I've got a fair amount of color damage (4 inches of the worst was cut off last year) & it'll need to come off. I've also got to figure out what to do with the color since I had been dying it jet black. The color hair faded out a bit, but it & my true hair color are not the same & I'm going to have a noticeable line soon. So this is my starting point, hopefully I'll be able to get a healty head of waist length hair & who knows, maybe even classic if I'm lucky.

Your picture is lovely! Are you wanting to stay black? If so, have you considered using indigo as a dye?

I'm not sure yet if I'll stay black or switch to henna. I dyed my hair red for over 10 years.

Your hair looks lovely right now. Obviously the care you've taken with it has paid off, as it seems really healthy to me. Do you have any pics of when it was red?
