View Full Version : Wow! well I have to admit...
Sheila February 18th, 2003, 10:17 AM at first I was thinking oh no not another change. and when I came to the boards they looked quite confusing. I was starting to feel that panic feeling. I was worried I would end up not coming back anymore.. if it was to confusing. BUT I snooped around LOL. I kinda sorta figured out some things. but like anything the first time it's always a bit nerve racking. I hope to get the hange of it soon. :) Thanks for the alternitive place when Network54 is down! :D
Jonobie February 18th, 2003, 10:24 AM I was starting to feel that panic feeling.
Come on in, the water's great! ;-)
And remember (everyone else, too!) -- the same friendly LHCers are here too, so if you're having problems, post away and ask. Surely someone will have an idea or a hint.
Cheers,
Jonobie
Rob Dehlinger February 20th, 2003, 04:37 PM So nice to see you here!
You need to post your picture so we can see the pretty face and lovely hair which goes with your bright and caring mind!
:D
Come back again, as I hear we may be moving again?

Arcticpixie February 20th, 2003, 09:32 PM So glad you like it. I feel so at home here. Been doing more reading than posting though :) Good to see you Sheila!

Oh man, I hope not! I love this place already!! :D
pgw February 21st, 2003, 05:23 AM I've been meaning to tell you how much I love your picture. What a great updo!
zoya_ February 21st, 2003, 05:49 AM This is what kind of makes me sad. I feel like I only want to read, not post. I don't know how to deal with my signature picture - where to upload nad store it. Well, I guess, I'll get used to this format eventually...

Thank you so much, Patricia! And I was just thinking how much I like your coffee and doughnut! :D

Zoya, are there specific questions that you have? You can use the pic you have stored at Network 54 for your siggy. Signature space is limited here to 250(?) characters, including HTML or BBCode, so you might be having problems with that. It took me awhile to get my signature down to a reasonable size. BBCode uses fewer characters than HTML so I switched to that. Click on the blue BBCode that you see on the left of your screen when you post or when you're editing your profile and it will tell you how to manipulate text, post links, insert images, and other stuff.
I hope that points you in the right direction, zoya. New stuff always takes a little time to get used to. Remember how confusing it was to learn how to insert pics at Net54? If you have questions, post away! Someone else already wisely said that we're all the same LHC people here, more than willing to help when we can. :)
Hugs to you!!
zoya_ February 21st, 2003, 05:51 PM Thank you, Tresses! :-)))
Tresses February 21st, 2003, 07:45 PM You're welcome, zoya! I have to make a correction, however. Steph posted today on the Site Happenings board that pics we have stored at Net54 only link to Net54 boards. :-( You should go read her explanation. Dulci posted a link to a free pic hosting site, http://freepichosting.com. I just set up an account there. It was pretty easy. Those links DO work. :-)
Take care! :-)
Stephanie February 21st, 2003, 07:50 PM Rob...what are you talking about?
Rob Dehlinger February 22nd, 2003, 09:29 AM I phrased that ALL wrong, I meant that we were moving from Network54 to here.
Yikes, I screwed up! Sorry!!!! :(
I LIKE this format here, plus it ALWAYS works!!!!
