How do I love cheese? Let me count the ways:
triple-cream brie, smoked gouda, roquefort, wensleydale with cranberries (yes, Wallace and Gromit cheese!), Mt. Tam, English cheddars, Stinking Bishop simply for the name . . .

Though I keep Dagoba's Xocolatl on hand for nibbling.

Mmm, cheese. I had this excellent brie the other day with pears. I about died. The only thing that sucks is that since I'm underage, I think I miss out on half the experience of the whole wine-and-cheese routine.

This is a no-brainer. Chocolate all the way! (says Elle who had a See's candy dream last night) OTOH, my husband is a total cheese addict. Our house is always stocked with both. :grin:

It has to be chocolate. When I was in Germany I practically lived on Milka Alpenmilchcreme and Ritter Sport (Qualität im Quadrat!!)

There's a cheese factory in a town near where I live, and they sell some of the most scrumptious chocolate ... They have the German Mozart chocolates, amongst others. Oh, they make and sell cheese curds, which, when fresh, squeak when you chew them.

But they make chocolate cheese.

Anywho, I vote chocolate.

I had to give up both at one time when I was taken off all forms of dairy and substitutes for 3 months - not a pleasant experience.

From that experience I can say with no hesitation, don't take my cheese away. I love chocolate, but I could substitute it with cheese if I had to.

At some points during my 3 month torture, I could have killed for a piece of plain old cheddar cheese.

Cheese on rye bread with some chocolate on the side :grin:

I really like both, but if I have to choose, it'll have to be Chocolate!
Because I like all chocolate varieties:inlove: , but not all the cheeses. I personally don't care for brie, I only like it melted. I don't like french cheeses. But chocolate... it will be more difficult to choose a kind I DON'T like!

I voted chocolate even though I love both... BUT if I had to choose it would be chocolate....:grin:

I love both but since I have to make a choice it's chocolate. Of course chocolate covered cheese would be good.

At the moment I'm not able to enjoy either, as I am on a 100% dairy-free diet. My nursling is allergic to milk. But there is more good quality milk-free chocolate (dark chocolate had become a friend of mine) than there is milk-free cheese. Yes, such a thing does exist, but hard to find, and not always worth looking for. Before younger dd came along I had developed a love for Yorkie bars, and solicited anyone I knew who was going to the UK or that Stop and Shop in Boston that carries them to fix me up. It's almost a good thing that they are hard to get.

But in a perfect world where breastfeeding children have no food allergies, it is CHEESE all the way. Runny, stinky, fresh out of the goat/sheep/cow/buffalo and from the farm cheese in its many forms. Oh, how I miss Stinking Bishop....

Chocolate. Not very surprisng, considering I'm a vegan.

Love cheese, all kinds, especially the smooth buttery ones, the hard tangy ones, the crumbly blue ones, the grainy salty ones ... but I voted chocolate, because without it there is neither love nor happiness. ;-)
