Eeek! did I read that right? Tease hair within an inch of it's life? nooooooo! I imagine you would want to adjust the instructions like you mentioned for longer hair and WITHOUT the teasing :) The pin curls look darling on shorter hair, and I imagine you could do the end pin curls on longer hair.

Over all I loved the old style photo's on the pin curl page!
