Monoi users...what type of hair do you have?

I use Monoi Oil and I have wavy/curly hair - somewhere between type 2 and type 3 hair. It is fine textured but I have a lot of it! Using Fia's system, I 'd type my hair as Type 3A/2CFii.

but used it in the past on dry hair (from BS to almost waist). Anyway, I am a 2a-b / f / iii.

I'm type 2b/cMii. Ummmm.....translated, means.........wavy with some spiral curls, medium thickness, medium texture. It's actually been awhile since I've used my Monoi. Too much of a pain to liquify it everyday when I have a boatload of other oils to choose from. I'll pull it out again when the weather warms up. ;-)

and I have 1bFii, or in other words, mostly straight with a little wave fine and medium thickness.

I have 3aMiii hair and a bottle of Sandalwood Monoi (yum!)

DH and I use it for body massage, because my hair got crunchy when I used Monoi on it. (Probably operator error, most of the times I think if some is good, more is better LOL)

1bNii is me. Use monoi on wet hair and on ends when dry.

Difficult to say, really, LOL, but the closest I can come is 2c/ f/ ii with frizz. I'm crazy for Monoi on my skin, but my hair won't absorb it at all, and even the tiniest amount makes my hair greasy. Oh well...

i have straight/wavy (when it wants to be) hair. it is also very thick. and it is waistlength. i had did fia's hairtyping once but i don't remember what it was and i'm too lazy right now to go figure it out :sleep: i have some sandalwood monoi the i LOVE.
