i sent more than a few people there when this board was still a net54 incarnation. i adore that site.

I just have to say I took a look at Tubcat and I thought it was appalling! If a cat is that fat it's because the owner isn't taking proper care of the cat! I couldn't even look at the pics, they were so disturbing to me because it's abusive to let an animal in your care get that obese!!!!

I didn't think it was funny at all. I'm not directing this at druidess, so don't get me wrong, I'm just shocked at some of the crappy web sites out there. Poor kitties. Animal activists should know about that one, it's cruel!

i'm fairly sure that some of those photos were edited to make the cats appear that large..i was hoping to get some feedback from people more knowledgeable than i am as to how many of them are edited. also, i think there was an option to contact the site owner. you might want to express your feelings to her (i think it's a her) too.

my friend had a cat from the cats protection league it weighed three stone about the size of the kitty on the site. honest they do exist. they dont tend to live long though....sad but true. but lol that kitty looks klike it has some personality.
