I've been using natural shampoos/herbs for over a year now, and I haven't found my grail yet. I did find this method, Wash with CV bar, Condition with Aubrey Organics condish, Wash with Aubrey shampoo, to work pretty well.

Alone or with an ACV rinse the CV bars leave my hair hard to detangle and a little gummy, but I love the scents and cleansing power.

AO products leave a buildup for me, and while the conditioner is nice, I can wash over it and still have the conditioning effects without the greasiness.

So I propose a new method if one is not getting clean enough with gentle products but doesn't want to go to harsher substances. I suppose it's possible to use this method with any gentle soap, and possibly gentle detergents.

I don't feel very innovative about this, really, but I don't see the acronym being used, so maybe I am on to something new.
