does anyone else have this problem?

i'm such an effing slacker- it's sunny outside and i planned to be out there by 1pm. here it is, almost an hour later, and i'm posting about how i should be exercising instead of just going NOW.

anyone else have a "i'll do it in just a few minutes" problem? what are your excuses for putting exercise off? any ideas on how to conquer the couch-butt syndrome?

HAHAHA! Me? Yeah, RIGHT! It's taken me all week to get three loads of laundry done - and the last load is still in the dryer! LOL

Wish I could help... ::wiggling my butt deeper into the couch::

I'm most likely to say "Oh well, I had a sore throat when I woke up in the morning, I'd better not work out today". Or "I'm too hungry" or "I've just eaten"

The only thing to do is to just do it. Decide a time and stick to it, no matter what. That's the only effective way I've found, anyway

Try to fit your exercise into a routine. So you do it without thinking or questioning it. (I'm working on that myself right now. It's hard.)

Hmmm - yes, indeedy - Couch Butt

All I can say is it's a good thing I do work out, otherwise I'd never be able to survive my computer time... :DD ...g
