...wants, out of the goodness of his or her heart, to clip down a photo for me?

It's my siggie photo. I cropped it but it kept all the white and, well...I don't know how to get rid of the white.

Can anybody help? Pretty please...PM me if you're willing...TIA!

ETA: p.s.: Look at that back I have. Looks like I'm running defense. Argh. :(

If you want to fix it in Paint (only program I know) here's what to do,

Open the file.

Use the crop tool, to cut and paste it into the upper left hand corner of the working area of your screen.

Scroll down to the lower right hand corner. When you position your mouse pointer over the lower right hand corner of the white area, it should turn into an angled double arrow, to rescale. Click and drag to fit the edge right to the picture, without white.

Ursula, thanks...the program is called ArcSoft...it came with my camera. It doesn't seem to have a lot of options. It's an extremely weird program! I'm wishing for my old Photoshop. :grin:
