I recently increased my intake
of MSM and noticed the tips
of my nails are looking whiter
and are actually growing!

Could this be a coorelation???

Oh yes LR -- my nails showed a great deal of improvement. I take 1 gram of MSM every day - not as much as some here, but I think it's been most beneficial.

I thought about increasing my
biotin intake but I really don't
want to take more pills! UGH! :rolleyes:

I've been taking 1500 mg. of MSM a day for over a year now, and I haven't noticed any improvement in my nails... they're still weak and brittle and peeling, and I've finally given up and started keeping them cut short. :(

How much MSM are you taking now, LongRed? Maybe I'm just not taking enough.
