Has anyone taken this? What do you think?
I'm looking to decrease the number of pills I take each day, and I'm thinking that this multi plus MSM and omega-3/6 oils might be a good way to go.

Hey sweetums! I've taken this in the past and thought it was excellent... thanks for the reminder, I want to go back on them... tried something cheaper but it isn't up to snuff.

Hi KT! I took them for most of last year until I figured out something in them was causing my monthly acne to increase. :(

The only GNC product I took was
UltraNourishair.
I wasn't pleased with it
and took it for about 9 mo.
Thought I would just share.

AFAIK it contains iodine, which is known to cause acne in people sensitive to it. I'm sorry it affected you that way :(

AH! I've never known myself to be sensitive to iodine (fine with shellfish and medical/dye tests), but perhaps daily doses of it are too much for me. Thanks for the info!
