i got as far as clicking insert image button, but it opened a window that said insert image url...whats the url? i didnt know what to put...i tried the document 'address' in my documents which is where the image i want is save but when i previewed it just came up as a line of text

You need to join an image host like PhotoBucket and use the url from there.
