Whoa!!! I knew one pill would do it for me and I can't imagine how anyone can take up to 6!!!!!! OMG!!!

It arrived in the afternoon and I was movin' from 2pm-10!!! I got so much done today, I was completing 3 or more tasks at the same time, not unusual for me but I was a lot faster!

I'm not sure I can handle this every day, but it did help with my work out. I didn't get tired at all and I felt really good while I was working out.

Like I said in an earlier post, I only have a couple of inches to lose, about 4 lbs or so and I just wanted something to help me get there and give me energy and rev up my work outs.

I'm so sensitive to stimulants and I neve drink coffe and rarely touch alcohol for that matter, so one Metabolife per day will do it for me thank you very much and I may just take it on days I work out. I'm not sure yet.

I don't know what the Metabolife pills look like, but maybe you could cut them in half? Taking 1/2 at breakfast and another 1/2 at lunch might work better since you are sensitive to stimulants.

If the Metabolife turns out to be more than your body can handle, you might try drinking green tea instead. It has substances that are supposed to boost fat burning, and has far less caffeine than coffee or black tea (you can also get decaf). Here's an interesting article on the health benefits of green tea:

Thanks bunniee! I appreciate that, one pill is surely enough for me! I fear if I cut it in half and took the last half later in the day I wouldn't be able to fall asleep

by the way, how is your son doing with the proactiv now?

The Proactiv seems to be helping along with the Differin, but he is still getting breakouts. I don't think any product is going to totally clear up his skin though. My brother went through the same thing as a teen and eventually outgrew it, so I'm hoping my son will be the same way.

I totally understand about not wanting to take stimulants late in the day. I'd be up all night if I took ephedrine after noon.

Well I've decided to sell it, it's on the swap board.

I should've known better, I can't even handle one cup of coffee! What was I thinking?

Thanks for caring betty, you're a sweetie! ;)

this is soooo funny. I just finished researching and writing an article on green tea about an hour ago! I had planned on writing something here about it, but you've beat me to it! BTW, This stuff just blows me away - there is an enormous amount of research on it with evidence that it can prevent just about every disease - cancer, heart disease, diabetes, osteoarthritis, Parkinson's, etc. It also has some promise in treating AIDS. And of course, increases burning of fat calories by 35%.

It's an amazing anti-bacterial - great for teeth, bones, deodarizing, etc. It's also great for your skin - contains an antioxidant 100 times more powerful than vit C! I've been thinking that it would be a great addition to the hair rinses!
