I usually go to my FAVORITE salon
to have the ends trimmed (although
I'm trying to space it out more!) about
every 8 weeks.
(I trim my own split ends in between but I'm
striving to get my ends to look less thin at the
bottom)

How often do you salon-still goers go?

I go every 6 weeks to get my gray touched up (not ready for long gray hair). I get my hair hair trimmed every other visit, which is every 12 weeks.

I go to the salon only to get trims, which isn't frequently. It could be anywhere from 3-10 months in between.

I visit the salon for a 1/2" trim every 6 months. This is the way that I grew my hair out the last time around and it's working for me very well this time, too!

Once I get my hair to the length that I want it, I plan on trimming once every 3-4 months.

Twice a year just to even out the ends.
