I'm surprised there isn't any topic about sports. Don't you people exercise? I do a lot. I spare (minimum) two hours everyday for sports. I used to do athletics in high school but when I got into university the lessons got harder (I wonder why all the competitions find the day of my final exams) and it was devastating so I started to make exercises for health and happiness. I cannot stand a day without sports my muscles itch(weird :roll: ). People say that they don't have enough time for exercising which I don't believe. I'm studying at the med school and have a boyfriend and "long hair" and still I find time everyday. I feel fit and would never give that up 8) Oh and I started to take my mom to the gym with me, guess what she gave lots of pounds and started to look younger :wink:

I think you will find many posts about exercise on the health and nutrition board. There is talk about yoga, running, weightlifting, all kinds of stuff :smile:
